Ventilator Care

Individuals who rely on ventilators benefit from a highly trained, interdisciplinary team focused on delivering comprehensive care and, when possible, reducing dependence on mechanical breathing support.

Ventilator care is managed by a coordinated group of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, rehabilitation assistants, and a care coordinator. This collaborative approach is designed to enhance each person’s overall health, promote well-being, and support greater independence.

VA Approved Home

Our facility is approved to partner with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) through the Community Nursing Home Program, allowing us to provide skilled nursing and respite care services to eligible veterans.

This program is designed to help veterans receive the care they need closer to home, near loved ones and familiar surroundings. For those who qualify based on service-connected status, disability level, and income, the VA may assist with the cost of care.

Traumatic Brain Injury

Our program for individuals recovering from traumatic brain injury emphasizes a whole-person approach—designed to foster physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development in a safe and supportive setting.
