Allison’s professional journey is a testament to dedication, perseverance, and a deep-rooted passion for serving others. Beginning her career at just 16 as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Harmony House, she laid the foundation for a remarkable trajectory in the field of long-term care. Her early experiences in direct resident care not only instilled in her a profound respect for compassionate, resident-centered service but also sparked a desire to influence change and lead with purpose.

Over the years, Allison advanced steadily within the organization, taking on roles as an Office Assistant, Human Resources Assistant, and then Human Resources Coordinator. Each transition reflected not only her growing knowledge of operations and personnel management but also the trust she earned from her colleagues and leadership. Her consistent performance and unwavering commitment culminated in her appointment as Provisional Administrator – a role that recognizes both her operational insight and her ability to unite teams in pursuit of excellence.

Alongside her professional journey, Allison has committed herself to lifelong learning. She earned her associate’s degree in liberal arts and is currently completing her bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration at Upper Iowa University, with graduation anticipated in fall 2026.

Erin has spent her entire career at Harmony House, starting as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Through dedication, education, and a passion for caregiving, she now serves as Director of Nursing (DON), leading with the same compassion and commitment that first drew her to the profession.

Erin credits her professional growth to both her drive for excellence and the mentorship she received from leadership. Known for her hands-on approach and high standards of care, Erin takes pride in expanding her knowledge and guiding her team to provide the best possible outcomes for residents.
